These apartments boast a highly privileged location close to the beautiful Passeig de Gracia, one of the main and the most elegant streets of the city.
The apartments are all situated in a modern building equipped with a lift. The building was built in the early twenties of the 19th century and was completely restored in 2004. These elegantly furnished one bedroom apartments have all modern facilities and a beautiful balcony overlooking some of the main central streets of Barcelona.
The area has plenty of fashionable restaurants and cafes and elegant shops and is a few minutes' walk from some of Gaudi’s most renowned creations.

The property has an automatic check-in system. Upon arrival at the airport, all guests must call the mobile phone number provided on the Booking Confirmation in order to receive check-in instructions.
Check-in is available from 14:00.
Check-out must be done before 11:00. The apartments' magnetic key will not work after 11:00.
For reservations of longer than 7 nights, guests receive a change of towels and bed linen halfway thorough the stay and at no extra cost.
Extra cleaning costs EUR 35.
Extra towels cost EUR 3 per person and extra sheets cost an additional EUR 5.
